Our Customer Points Program is all about you!

To show our appreciation to you for shopping at the Albion Centre, we allow you to gain points with your receipts which can be redeemed for great gifts. It's very simple… you shop, you get points based on the dollar value spent and use those points towards attaining free merchandise. New at Customer Service: 'Think Food' Drop Box
Have an old cell phone? The Albion Centre Customer Service now has a 'Think Food' drop box in which customers can donate old cell phones to help a good cause. The mission of the thINK FOOD / Phones-for-Food project is to alleviate hunger and divert waste from landfill sites by raising funds for local food banks through the process of recycling used printer cartridges and cell phones. Unique Cart Vendors Welcome
The Albion Centre has an exclusive cart program for vendors who wish to sell their unique items. For more information please call 416-742-3102.


Wheelchair and Stroller Loan Service
Customer Service offers FREE wheelchair & stroller loans. This service is offered in making your shopping more enjoyable. To loan equipment, you need to fill out a wavier and simply leave a valid piece of photo identification at Customer Service which will be returned to you upon the return of the equipment


Lost and Found
If you have lost an item anywhere in the mall visit the Customer Service desk to see if it was turned in. Also if you found an item and wish to return it to its rightful owner drop it off at Customer Service desk.

Service Ontario Kiosk
This automated machine will assist you in obtaining government services and products very conveniently. The Service Ontario Kiosk is located next to the Customer Service Desk.


Services include:
• Renewal of plate stickers.
• Ordering of personalized license plates.
• Changing an address for (Drivers License,
Vehicle Plate Registration, Ontario Health Card, Outdoors Card).
• Pay fines.
• Outdoor card renewal.
• Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP)
